Feel free to tell someone how much you love their Grandmother's famous pie recipe or share a fabulous variation that you tried and enjoyed. Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can of artichokes
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Get all of the water out of the can of artichokes. Place the artichokes in a mixing bowl and cut into small pieces.
  3. Add the mayonnaise and parmesan cheese. Mix all three ingredients together.
  4. Place mixture into a cooking dish.
  5. Top mix with paprika and sprinkle a little extra parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
You can double, triple, etc. the recipe.

"Get all of the water out of the can of artichokes." also known as "Drain the artichokes." I couldn't think of the right word - a little too late now but for future now I know the term is "drain." :)
