Upcoming Dinner Party

Where: Elissa's apartment (see evite for address or call Pam)
Theme: Fresh fall favorites (think about seasonal produce) or Halloween
Yellow Tomato Salsa

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Large Yellow Tomatoes diced
- 2 Spring Onions diced
- a bunch of Cilantro chopped finely
- Juice of one lime
- 1 jalapeno with seeds removed diced
- salt and pepper to taste.
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients in bowl, best if sits to marinate over night
